With over a decade of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management, Paul brings insight, communication skills, and strong leadership initiative to the Ripcord team. Paul draws on his extensive knowledge of Business Continuity Management to create captivating, client-first productions. Paul sees projects through to make sure everything Ripcord delivers exceeds expectations. When not revolutionizing the world of Business Continuity Paul enjoys coaching his kids’ soccer teams.

Phillip Bigge is the Vice President at Ripcord Solutions. Phillip has over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies building sustainable Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management programs. Philip believes every Business Continuity program must be designed to enable the organization to recover, meet customer and regulatory demands, and be maintained at a low cost.

David Mack is the Director of Client Services at Ripcord Solutions. David works directly with companies to implement effective resilience programs that mesh with your company’s priorities, corporate strategy, as well as industry best practices.

Blake Lavender is the Director of Training and Design at Ripcord Solutions. Tasked with crafting innovative eLearning and training programs to be received by a wide variety of audiences, Blake delivers exceptional, high quality work every time. Working with Blake will inspire confidence in the success of your Business Continuity program. Outside of the training development world, Blake enjoys spending time with his wife and his dog, Clooney.

Phil Lambert is the founder and current Chairman at Ripcord Solutions. Phil is a well-regarded advocate and thought-leader in the Continuity Management community. He has served on numerous local and national boards for the Association for Contingency Planners (ACP), and is a professional trainer and keynote speaker at conferences and meetings. Phil excels at bridging silos within organizations by engaging team leaders to develop an enterprise-wide “continuity culture” that strengthens and conditions organizations to rapidly change when needed.
